Returns
We strive to ensure everyone loves their products and are completely satisfied with their purchases. In the event you are not please don't hesitate to contact us.

Due to the nature of most items being custom, returns and exchanges aren't possible. In the event it is a product defect or mistake on our end we will gladly do what we can to make it right by replacing with a corrected piece.

Please be sure you're double checking colors, numbers, and names when placing an order.

Holiday items are also not eligible for return or exchange unless it is a product defect.
​
All non custom and non holiday items are eligible for return or exchange if unworn, unwashed, like new within 5 days of receipt. Please email to initiate return alenadunndesigns@gmail.com
Return shipping is responsibility of buyer.
Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee for refund or no restocking fee for store credit.
